    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This contract-to-ongoing role involves managing general billing and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate financial records and timely collection of payments. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling commercial collections and cash applications within a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process and manage general billing activities with accuracy and attention to detail.

    • Monitor and maintain accounts receivable records, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.

    • Handle commercial collections, including communication with clients to resolve payment issues.

    • Apply cash receipts to the appropriate accounts and reconcile discrepancies.

    • Prepare regular financial reports related to accounts receivable and billing.

    • Utilize QuickBooks for billing and accounts receivable tasks.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve billing inquiries or disputes.

    • Identify opportunities for improving collection processes and implement solutions.

    • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial transactions. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial roles.

    • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and its application in financial processes.

    • Familiarity with commercial collections and cash application procedures.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.

    • Strong communication skills for resolving billing and payment issues with clients.

    • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.

    • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for financial reporting and analysis.
