    Priority Honda Roanoke is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our growing team! As part of Lithia & Driveway, the largest automotive retailer in North America, we offer stability, growth, and real career advancement in the automotive industry.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule service appointments

    + Follow up with customers regarding maintenance reminders and service recommendations

    + Confirm appointments and ensure accurate customer information

    + Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact to arrival

    + Work closely with the service advisors and management team to drive service traffic

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)

    + Customer-service mindset with a positive, professional attitude

    + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    + Previous BDC, call center, or automotive experience is a plus—but not required

    + Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mentality
