    Land Rover Mission Viejo is seeking an experienced Mainline Service Technician to join our growing service team. We are a customer-focused dealership committed to quality workmanship, advanced technology, and a supportive team environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Land Rover vehicles.

    + Accurately complete repair orders and warranty documentation

    + Utilize factory diagnostic tools and follow manufacturer repair procedures.

    + Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend needed repairs.

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

    + Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure timely repairs.

    Qualifications

    + Previous experience as a Mainline or Journeyman Technician (Land Rover experience preferred)

    + Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

    + ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)

    + Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

    + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    + A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

    The flat rate range for this position is $17.00 - $59.00.

     

    This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.
