    Job Description

    Contacts and schedules patient/client's appointments for consultations, meetings with community agencies and/or diagnostic tests. Sets-up and maintains files and records. Collects and organizes statistical reports.

    Job Responsibility

    + Contacts patients; schedules appointments for consultations, agency meetings and/or diagnostic tests.

    + Collects and organizes data required for statistical reports and completes reports, as required.

    + Attends and participates in meetings as appropriate.

    + Sets-up files and maintains records.

    + Provides incoming and in-process orientation.

    + Based on position, may be required to provide bi-lingual translation and/or guidance.

    Job Qualification

    + High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    + 0-1 years of relevant experience, required.

    The salary range for this position is $36980-$55690/year
