The Marketing Manager & Strategic Lead will drive strategic marketing initiatives, fill critical gaps in team coverage, and spearhead innovation for Premier Truck Group. This role is designed for a high-impact marketer with deep experience in campaign strategy, brand positioning, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be able to step in quickly, integrate seamlessly into an established team, and begin contributing meaningful impact with minimal ramp-up, including the ability to support light design needs when required, complementing the strengths of the existing team through strategic planning, creative oversight, and marketing innovation.
Responsibilities
Define and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with corporate growth goals.
Lead monthly strategy reviews with Regional leadership and GMs; translate insights into action plans.
Identify and lead priority innovation initiatives tied to measurable business outcomes.
Develop and launch high-impact campaigns with tailored messaging.
Oversee social media cadence planning and rollout of training modules.
Design and automate lifecycle email journeys (intro, follow-up, milestones, lost opportunities).
Build robust KPI dashboards and ROI tracking for all campaigns.
Develop scalable reputation management strategies that improve review volume, ratings, and customer trust.
Partner with dealership leadership to train teams and implement consistent customer feedback processes.
Guide brand development and ensure consistency across all channels and collateral.
Support creative review and branding standards.
Support light design and layout needs as required to ensure continuity and timely execution, particularly during peak periods or coverage gaps.
Own performance reporting and dashboards; translate data into clear recommendations for leadership.
Analyze lead-to-sale performance and partner with sales teams to improve follow-up effectiveness
Align marketing efforts with Sales, Fixed Ops, and HR.
Bridge sales-marketing alignment for better lead conversion and retention.
Lead store calls to review insights, challenges, and opportunities.
Manage key vendor relationships, timelines, and deliverables.
Support internal communications and executive messaging, including light video editing when needed.
Desired Skills & Experience
Proven experience leading integrated marketing strategies across regions or multi-location organizations.
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in CRM, campaign measurement, and optimization.
Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and contribute immediately.
Collaborative leader with experience partnering across sales, operations, and executive teams.
Able to assess open-ended situations, identify priorities, and put clear plans in place.
