Digital Product, Sr. Specialist

End-to-End Product Management: Lead the digital development lifecycle-including ideation, planning, and launch-to ensure all products align with brand goals and user needs.
Website Operations: Independently manage site updates, including content changes, site copy, and promotional code implementation.
Quality Assurance: Perform issue triage, testing, and validation to ensure timely resolution of technical problems for customer-facing experiences.
Cross-Functional Innovation: Partner with IT, Marketing Experience (MX), and agency teams to scope and deliver new digital services and capabilities.
Digital Reporting & Insights (30%)
Executive Reporting: Provide accurate data support for Monthly (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) across the brand portfolio.
UX Analytics: Generate monthly reports using tools like Glassbox and integrate customer service feedback to identify and close experience gaps.
Data-Driven Optimization: Collaborate with Product Management partners to enhance flagship store experiences based on user behavior insights.
Digital Experience Strategy (20%)
Platform Ownership: Serve as the lead for the BazaarVoice platform, overseeing strategy and optimization for consumer engagement.
Onsite Design Optimization: Develop HTML mockups in Figma for development handoff, leveraging AI tools to inform design decisions.
Strategic Alignment: Integrate digital experience strategies with both enterprise goals and brand-specific priorities across DTC and non-DTC channels.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
Experience: 3+ years in digital product management, UX, or related roles with a proven track record of delivering impactful digital solutions.
Project Management: Essential experience with platforms like Monday.com; must be able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, HTML mockups, and analytics tools (e.g., Glassbox, BazaarVoice).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with a proactive mindset.
Marketing Acumen: Solid understanding of brand positioning, market segmentation, and campaign execution.
