    • Location: 19560 S. FM 156, Haslet, Texas 76052 United States

    • Starting Pay: $26.48/hr.

    • Status: Full-Time | Immediate Hire

    • Schedule: 7:30AM - 4:30PM CST Monday - Friday; could include some weekend coverage if needed

     

    The Dispatcher will be responsible for executing the dispatch process that supports Depot and Terminal Operations. The position will work with the Customer, Depot Managers, and other operational center personnel to make proactive recommendations and adjustments to facilitate the operation.

    Responsibilities

    Dispatcher

    + Works one on one with location drivers

    + Develops daily dispatch plans, manages truck capacity needs

    + Ensures all drivers are operating in a safe and efficient manner

    + Works as a liaison between our customer and the driver

    + Must maintain accurate records and paperwork

    + Assures timely billing of invoices by accurately entering billing information in TMS system

    Qualifications

    Requirements

    + Dispatch experience with Company Drivers and Owner Operators; intermodal experience highly preferred

    + Electronic dispatch experience preferred

    + Must have exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through ability

    + Strong organization and multi-tasking skills

    + Solid communication and interpersonal skills

    + Must be familiar with dispatch, TMS and MS Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.); experience with PCS and/or Trinium software highly preferred

    + This position may require you to work outside of normal business hours when required, including some holidays and maybe weekends.

    + Knowledge of State and Federal DOT regulations
