• Lease Analyst/Lease Abstractor

    Responsibilities

    •Review, abstract and process commercial leases (US-based) and related documents

    •Perform data entry, validation, and management of lease documents

    •Process change requests

    •Track and resolve mid-level issues and escalate high-level issues

    •Verify lease compliance, mathematical accuracy, and industry alignment of expenses

    •Identify potential compliance issues to present to client or supervisor

    •Participate in special projects

    •Suggest systems, procedures, and/or processes that would enhance productivity and quality of the department

    •Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + 2+ years of experience in Lucernex

    + 5+ years of experience in functional knowledge of US Lease management

    + 8+ years of experience in client relationship management
