The role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of all IT services in alignment with contractual obligations and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This includes conducting regular governance and account review meetings, monitoring service performance, and providing operational reports to the client. Acting as the primary point of contact, the position fosters strong client relationships and drives customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

+ Ensure all IT services are delivered according to contractual obligations and agreed SLAs.

+ Conduct regular governance and account review meetings, track service performance, and report operational results to the client.

+ Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

+ Champion continual service improvement programs with measurable targets, driving SLA/KPI compliance and operational excellence.

+ Excellent presentation skills to drive weekly, monthly & quarterly meetings

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 73,350 to $116,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
