Job Title: Licensed Session Monitor / Dosing Facilitator

Hours: ad hoc initially, expanding as trials are awarded

Compensation: $130 - $170 hourly

Travel: All expenses covered (including hotels for overnight stays)

Joule is currently looking to hire "dosing facilitator" who will work at the ground level for a new psychedelic-focused site in Redding, CA.

Initial work will be ad hoc, focused on:

+ Site preparation

+ Training and credentialing staff

+ Feasibility studies

Hours will increase significantly as trials are awarded.

Additional responsibilities include facilitator training, scheduling, onboarding, and supporting post-session therapeutic integration. You will prepare participants for psilocybin dosing sessions and collaborate during dosing.

Responsibilities

+ Lead dosing sessions and ensure protocol compliance

+ Oversee site readiness and staff training

+ Collaborate with an Assistant Monitor for patient interaction and support

+ Provide client-facing leadership during feasibility, site preparation, and trials

+ Administer clinical assessments directly

Requirements

+ MD with psychiatry specialization and rater experience (e.g., MADRS, HAM-D)

+ Minimum 5 years in practice; clinical research experience preferred

+ Direct patient interaction experience required

+ Psychedelic research experience ideal but not mandatory

+ Strong leadership and client-facing skills
