How will you make an impact:
The Manufacturing Engineer supporting AO peptone manufacturing will make a significant impact by strengthening the performance, reliability, and scalability of production operations for animal-origin supplements. This role is essential in ensuring that manufacturing processes operate flawlessly and consistently deliver high-quality products that support Thermo Fisher Scientific’s mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
What will you do:
+ Conduct data analysis and identify trends to support process improvement
+ Validate and update equipment processes, ensuring efficient performance
+ Devise and fabricate tools and equipment to boost production efficiency
+ Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly
+ Provide technical support to the production team to troubleshoot problems and improve manufacturing performance.
+ Maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
+ Devise and implement capital investment schemes.

Education
+ A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field is required.
Experience
+ Proven experience in manufacturing engineering
+ Demonstrated ability in process improvement and equipment validation
+ Familiarity with capital investment projects
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
+ CAD Design
+ PLC/HMI Programming
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Proficiency in constructing and manufacturing tools and equipment
+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
The job involves working in manufacturing, standing, lifting 25 pounds, and wearing safety gear.
