Pay Rate: $60–$70 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert consultation and behavior-analytic support within a school setting. In this role, you will conduct behavioral evaluations, develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and provide training and coaching to school staff.
As a BCBA – ES, you will serve as a clinical teacher and leader—observing, assessing, and supporting educational and behavioral programs to ensure students with academic and behavioral needs receive high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
+ Conduct behavioral assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans
+ Provide consultation and ongoing support to school teams
+ Deliver training and coaching in behavior analytic strategies
+ Observe, assess, and supervise behavioral service delivery
+ Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote student success
Minimum Qualifications
+ Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
+ Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
+ Experience delivering behavior-analytic programs in school settings (preferred)
+ Minimum one (1) year pediatric experience (preferred)
+ CPR certification, if required
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray as applicable
+ Current health certificate (per state or contract requirement)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local regulations
+ Must be 18 years of age or older
