    Required Education/Experience

    + Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of work experience

    Preferred Education/Experience

    + Bachelor's Degree in Economics (or Finance), Engineering or Mathematics. and 3 years of work experience

    Relevant Work Experience

    + Abstract / complex data or financial modeling experience, required.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), required.

    + Excellent verbal and written communications skills, required.

    + Ability to compile/analyze and synthesize data into presentations and reports, required.

    + Project management experience, required.

    + Work experience that includes Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Mathematics, required.

    + Three years experience in the utility/energy industry, or a strong demonstrated capability to understand strategic issues in the utility/energy industry, required.

    + Experience leading teams, Junior Analyst or supervising projects, preferred.

    Licenses and Certifications

    + Driver's License Required

    Physical Demands

    + Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday

    Additional Physical Demands

    + The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

    + Must be able and willing to travel, as needed.
