SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Organize and conduct moderately complex training and educational programs. Develop and/or modify the curriculum and associate training materials for office productivity applications or other software applications. Maintain records of training activities, employee progress, and program effectiveness. Assist more senior Technology Educators in the preparation and delivery of more complex training and educational programs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

+ Two (2) years of related experience required.
