Job Description
EPS Corporation is looking for a Program Manager This role is responsible for overall program performance, personnel management, quality control, reporting, and direct coordination with U.S. Government stakeholders. The Program Manager has full authority to act on behalf of the contractor and ensures all contractual, technical, schedule, and compliance requirements are met.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
+ Serve as the single point of contact and authorized representative for all program matters
+ Provide overall leadership and management of contract performance
+ Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, policies, and government regulations
+ Manage personnel staffing, performance, and professional development
+ Oversee program schedules, milestones, and deliverables
+ Develop, maintain, and execute the Quality Control Program (QCP)
+ Ensure all work products are properly documented, transitioned, and archived
+ Prepare and deliver accurate programmatic reports and briefings to government stakeholders
+ Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies
+ Coordinate closely with government customers to ensure mission objectives are met
Required Qualifications
Education
+ Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Business Administration, Finance, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Security Studies, or a related field
+ ORten (10) additional years of program management experience may be substituted for the education requirement
Experience
+ Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant program management experience with a qualifying degree
+ ORfourteen (14) years of relevant experience with military or DoD training
Certification
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Security Clearance
+ ActiveTop Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)clearance

+ Strong leadership and personnel management capabilities
+ Proven experience managing complex government or DoD programs
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with senior government officials
+ Strong understanding of contract performance, compliance, and reporting requirements
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high tempo environment
