    Job Description

    EPS Corporation is seeking a Security Specialist that serves as key personnel providing senior-level security expertise across multiple security disciplines in support of classified government programs. This role applies broad, in-depth knowledge of personnel, information, physical, industrial, and operations security to develop, implement, analyze, and enforce security policies and procedures. The Security Specialist acts as a special security representative, supports sensitive facilities, and ensures compliance with DoD and Intelligence Community security requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Apply comprehensive knowledge across multiple security disciplines, including:

    + Personnel Security

    + Information Security

    + Physical Security

    + Industrial Security

    + Classification Management

    + Operations Security (OPSEC)

    + Develop, implement, analyze, and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls

    + Serve as a Special Security Representative (SSR) or equivalent security liaison to government stakeholders

    + Provide personnel security support, including clearance processing, indoctrinations, debriefings, and access management

    + Conduct security education, awareness, and training programs for cleared personnel

    + Manage physical and logical access control systems and visitor control processes

    + Support SCIF accreditation, maintenance, inspections, and compliance activities

    + Maintain and manage security management databases and systems of record

    + Support audits, inspections, and assessments by government security authorities

    + Ensure timely reporting and resolution of security incidents and compliance issues

    Required Qualifications

    Education

    + Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, Computer Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field

    + OR completion of formal military or DoD intelligence training may be substituted for the education requirement

    Experience

    + Minimum of six (6) years of relevant security experience with a qualifying degree

    + OR eleven (11) years of relevant experience with military or DoD training

     

    Security Clearance

     

    + ActiveTop Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)clearance —Required

    + Strong working knowledge of DoD and IC security policies and directives

    + Experience supporting classified programs and sensitive facilities

    + Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a high-security environment

    + Experience maintaining security databases and systems
