The Recruitment Researcher will provide overall recruitment support to members of the UPMC Insurance Services Division Talent Acquisition team. They will be responsible for generating candidates for various positions throughout UPMC as well as creating a pipeline of passive candidates for high-need areas within the medical center. Additionally, they may help review applications, conduct phone interviews, attend recruitment events, and much more.

Responsibilities:
+ Qualifying candidate calls and phone interviews.
+ Data entry for proactive candidate pipeline database.
+ Point of contact for departmental queries. Running regular reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in addition to ad hoc reporting.
+ Document creation for the Talent Acquisition team.
+ Research professional associations, networking groups, websites, etc.
+ Candidate generation through online sourcing.
+ Assist in the development and execution of Talent Acquisition events.
+ High school diploma or equivalent required and three years of progressively responsible administrative experience required (preferably in a talent acquisition environment).
+ OR Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
+ OR successful completion of the UPMC Summer Associate Program/Pittsburgh Fellows Program required.
+ Prior human resources education, work experience and/or internships is preferred.Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
