We have an Excellent career opportunity for aBuilding Engineer - Class Ato join a leading Company located inWashington, DC.
Salary: $85,000 - $90,000
Responsibilities :
+ Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems
+ Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues
+ Support tenant move-ins, move-outs, and buildouts
+ Monitor BAS and building systems; respond to alarms and emergencies
+ Work with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and compliance
Basic Hiring Criteria :
+ Experienced Building Engineer or strong handyman/contractor background
+ Broad skill set: electric, HVAC, plumbing, painting/patching
+ EPA Universal (CFC) Certification
+ OSHA 10 / OSHA 30 Safety Training
+ Ability to read blueprints and schematics
+ Physical capability to lift, climb, and work in mechanical spaces
