• REMOTE - Oracle Procure to Pay Lead

    Job Description

    We are looking for an Oracle Cloud Consultant to work for a leader in the industry.

    In this role you will be responsible for the following:

    Client Engagement & Workshops

     

    - Lead client discussions to understand business requirements and pain points.

     

    - Conduct workshops to gather functional requirements and map them to Oracle P2P capabilities.

     

    - Act as the primary liaison between the client and technical teams.

     

    Solution Design

     

    - Analyze client procurement and payables processes and design Oracle P2P solutions aligned with best practices.

     

    - Prepare functional specifications and configuration documents.

     

    - Ensure seamless integration with other Oracle modules (e.g., GL, AP, Purchasing).

     

    Implementation & Support

     

    - Configure Oracle P2P modules based on approved requirements.

     

    - Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and interfaces.

     

    - Support testing phases (SIT, UAT) and assist in issue resolution.

     

    Stakeholder Management

     

    Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

     

    Provide guidance and training to client teams on Oracle P2P functionalities.

     

    Functional Expertise

     

    Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Procure-to-Pay cycle (Purchasing, Payables, iProcurement).

     

    Experience in end-to-end Oracle P2P implementations.

     

    Consulting & Communication

     

    Proven ability to lead client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.

     

    Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

     

    Technical Understanding

     

    Familiarity with Oracle configurations, setups, and integration points.

     

    Ability to work with technical teams on customizations and data migration.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years’ experience with Procure to Pay experience

    - Cloud implementation before with Procure to Pay Lead (1 implementation)

    - Talk with client an gather details and meet with client, education and guidance on best practices and how you should approach situations for all the roles. Someone who is experienced and challenge client and this is how it should look and fill. Team in India will be hands on

     

    - Experience with Record to Report (hands on)

     

    - Excellent oral and written communication

     

    - Ability to travel to client site 1x every 2 months
