Join Northway Academy in Mankato as a Behavior Technician, where you’ll provide 1:1 center-based ABA therapy to children with Autism and related condition!. In this hands-on role, you’ll help kids develop meaningful skills—like communication, emotional regulation, daily routines, and social interaction. You’ll be part of a supportive, mission driven team focused on helping each child grow, thrive, and reach their potential!

$18-$21/hour plus $1 increase @ 6 months

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm

What You’ll Do:

+ Support children with autism through early intervention programs

+ Implement therapy plans and behavior strategies

+ Teach skills for communication, self-care, and social interaction

+ Help manage behaviors and support transitions to school settings

What You'll Bring

+ 18 years of age or older

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Willingness to assist children in areas of behavior support and personal care

+ **_Either:_** Equal to or more than 2 years (4,000 hours) full time experience delivering treatment to people with ASD or a related condition. **_OR_** Currently be enrolled in or have completed a bachelor’s degree program at an accredited college or university in behavioral health, child development or a related field (e.g., mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy).
