Job Description

This person will be supporting a large critical program and will support leadership with various program leadership responsibilities. This person should have experience at an enterprise-level organization. It is highly preferred if this person has experience supporting a loyalty program. Their day-to-day responsibilities will include; marketing communications, training (contact center, ships, internal), digital development, and coordination across workstreams.

Skills and Requirements

• 6+ years of experience within project and/or program management within digital marketing and ecommerce

• Proficiency with project management tools; JIRA, Trello, or Asana

Strong communication skills, experience working across different workstreams, and driving alignments
