The opportunity to be a part of the Contracts team, for one of the leading technology companies, offers a motivated professional a unique chance to work across a broad range of contracting activities that supports the Power and Propulsion Business of the BAE Systems Electronic Systems Sector.

As a Contracts Manager, you will also work with customers to shape and close business opportunities in concert with internal and partner objectives. Work products and interactions will be at multiple levels, from your Contracts team, to the leadership team of the Business Area.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

+ BS/BA in a related field, or High School Diploma with 1 year work experience.

+ Proficiency in MS Office software with an emphasis on Excel

+ Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property law and policies.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

+ Strong Experience with commercial and government contracting.

+ A demonstrated background of business acumen, positive attitude, proactive mentality, problem solver, team member, willingness to learn.

+ Ability to prioritize and handle several tasks simultaneously.

+ Strong analytical skills

+ Experience with international business

+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment

+ Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with diverse work teams

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $50268 - $85455

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
