**PDS Tech Commercial** is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to find skilled **Fabrication Specialists** who are passionate about hands-on work and high-quality craftsmanship. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in building and assembling aerospace structures that support cutting-edge aviation and space programs. Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to follow complex drawings will directly impact products that take flight around the world.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Fabrication Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where precision and quality matter:

+ Perform composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly tasks

+ Assemble precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components

+ Assemble and install wire harnesses and avionics products

+ Perform basic organic chemical conversion and paint preparation

+ Apply routine organic coatings for corrosion protection and appearance

+ Work on articles of moderate complexity using established drawings and production requirements

+ Follow all safety, quality, and production standards

+ Maintain regular and predictable attendance

Required Qualifications

+ Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed

+ Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting

+ Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs

+ Comfortable working with hand and power tools

+ Ability to read and understand blueprints and production orders

Preferred Qualifications

+ 1+ year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+ 3+ months of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing

+ Experience working with safety, quality, and manufacturing performance data

+ Familiarity with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5S)

**Pay Details:** $22.54 per hour
