    **Job Title:** Onsite Recruiter

    **Job Type:** Full-time; Temporary-to-Permanent ( _3-month duration_ )

    **Pay Rate:** $25.00 per hour

    **Schedule:** 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Monday through Friday

    **Location:** Freeport, IL (Hybrid - Onsite at Customer Location)

    Job Summary

    We’re hiring a performance-driven **Onsite Recruiter** to support our client directly from their Olive Branch, MS location. This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on skilled trades and manufacturing positions, with the added opportunity to support our **Outsourcing** team once operations are established on-site.     Key Responsibilities

    + Source, screen, and engage candidates for high-volume requisitions

    + Cold-call and network to build strong pipelines of qualified talent

    + Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications with urgency and professionalism

    + Support onboarding and compliance processes for new hires

    + Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to meet staffing goals

    + Assist in launching and recruiting for our Outsourcing team once active on-site

    What We Really Want

    + Prior experience recruiting in manufacturing, logistics, or skilled trades environments

    + Strong communication and sourcing skills, especially in high-volume settings

    + Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently at a client site

    + Able to manage competing priorities and meet performance KPIs

    + Experience with ATS systems (Bullhorn preferred)
