+ **Human Systems Integration (HSI)** Integration of human performance, habitability, workload, and usability considerations into system design, mission operations, and operational requirements to optimize crew safety and effectiveness.

+ **Engineering** Systems, biomedical, and operations engineering supporting hardware, software, and mission systems across the full lifecycle, from concept through sustainment.

+ **IT, Data, and Analytics** Design, operation, and sustainment of secure information systems, data pipelines, analytics platforms, and digital tools that enable research, operations, and decision-making.

+ **Space Radiation** Research, modeling, monitoring, and operational support related to radiation exposure, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies for crewed missions.

We are looking for professionals who are mission-driven, technically strong, and comfortable operating at the intersection of science, engineering, and operations. Depending on your background and specialty, you may:

+ Execute and support human health and performance research in laboratory, analog, or operational environments

+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, customer stakeholders, and mission partners

    + Support real-time or near-real-time operations in a safety-critical environment

+ Contribute to continuous improvement of technical processes, tools, and capabilities

Roles range from early-career contributors to senior technical leaders, with opportunities to work on high-visibility, mission-impacting efforts.

    Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, physical sciences, life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree. A Master's degree or PhD may be considered work experience.

+ Experience working in a technical, research, engineering, or operational environment

+ Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to work in a regulated, compliance-driven environment

    Desired Qualifications

+ Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant discipline

+ Experience supporting aerospace, spaceflight, biomedical research, defense, or other safety-critical programs

+ Familiarity with human health and performance, human factors, systems engineering, or mission operations

+ Experience with data systems, analytics, modeling, or simulation

+ Prior experience working with government customers or on large, complex contracts

+ Prior experience working on HHPC or its predecessors

Come break things (in a good way). Then build them smarter.

We're the tech company everyone calls when things get weird. We don’t wear capes (they’re a safety hazard), but we do solve high-stakes problems with code, caffeine, and a healthy disregard for “how it’s always been done.”
