    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Industrial Heavy Gauge Belt Splicers** for projects located in the **Portland, OR area** . This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is **$22-30/hour** based on experience and skill level.If you are a Belt Splicer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

    Job Scope:

    + Splice heavy-gauge industrial rubber belts

    + Perform hot vulcanizing splicing

    + Some welding

    + Motor repair

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of experience

    + Must have experience with black belt splicing

    + All PPE
