Day-to-day, your role will include:
Harnessing integrated audience data and intelligence to illuminate actionable insights, revealing how consumers interact across the PESO ecosystem and identifying the most effective moments of influence.
Mapping holistic consumer journeys to uncover high-impact opportunities and brand barriers, then designing inspiring, cross-channel strategies that catalyze action and advocacy.
Acting as a diplomatic facilitator—uniting creative, media, owned, and earned teams, and energizing collaboration to ensure all touchpoints work in harmony toward a common vision.
Developing actionable, inspiring briefs that bridge brand platforms and channel strategies, empowering teams to bring bold ideas to life in meaningful, measurable ways.

A visionary analytical mind, driven by curiosity and capable of uncovering transformative insights through rigorous research and data exploration. Your expertise with audience intelligence and media-centric tools (such as Comscore, MRI, Google Analytics, and more) is matched by your creative flair—enabling you to see patterns others might miss, and to turn complex data into actionable inspiration that propels brands forward.
A natural leader and catalyst for growth, with a proven ability to nurture, coach, and ignite talent within your team. Your leadership sparks innovation, drives meaningful change, and elevates those around you to achieve their best work together.
A compelling storyteller who brings presentations to life with clarity, enthusiasm, and a genuine ability to connect with audiences—whether client, partner, or internal team.
A trend-spotter who is endlessly curious about consumer behavior, digital culture, and emerging technologies, always seeking new ways to push boundaries and create value for brands.
An all-around seasoned professional with exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to change.
A future-focused innovator, comfortable navigating emerging technologies and tools, including generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney).
