**Job Title:** Wound Care Surgeon

**Location:** York, PA

Join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team dedicated to transforming wound care into a comprehensive limb salvage program. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated physician to assist in the development of the program and make a significant impact on patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

+ MD or DO with completion of an accredited residency program.

+ Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery or Vascular Surgery.

What You'll Champion:

+ **Collaborative Team Support:** Work with 3 experienced wound care nurses, a full-time Nurse Practitioner (1.0 FTE), and a vascular surgery team.

+ **Integrated Care Model:** Podiatry services onboard to support advanced wound care and limb salvage.

+ **Growth Minded Individual:** Drive the transition of our wound clinic into a limb salvage practice-ideal for a physician passionate about innovation and developing a limb salvage program.

+ **High Patient Demand:** Established patient base with strong referral patterns, offering immediate opportunity to build and grow the practice.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

+ Masters Degree Required or

+ Doctorate Required

Licenses:

+ Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or

+ Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

+ Advanced Wound Care Training. Upon Hire Required and

+ UHMS-approved Hyperbaric Medicine Introductory Course (a minimum of 40 hours on site). Upon Hire Required and

+ Must qualify and be a member of the Medical Staff of the Hospital. Upon Hire Required
