The Opportunity:
CACI is currently looking for a motivated, career and customer-oriented Asset Manager to join our Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Land Border Integration (LBI) Integrated Traveler Initiative II (ITI2) team in Northern Virginia! Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software Development and hardware integration for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
As a member of the ITI2 Team, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation’s safety, security, and prosperity. CBP Officers and Border Patrol agents are on the front lines, every day, protecting our national security by combining customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection into one coordinated and supportive activity.

The Asset Manager is responsible for accurate and timely Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and enables key ITI2 Contract priorities by controlling costs, enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mitigating security & financial risks. HAM objectives include: tracking and managing assets throughout the System Engineering Lifecycle (SELC), ensuring logical and consistent operational processes are defined and standard systems are implemented to acquire and maintain hardware assets, ensuring accurate and complete asset information is available to supply financial reporting, enhance business decision-making, improve deployment, manage asset-related liabilities and risks, improve customer service and responsiveness, establishing a foundation for services including Information Security, Configuration Management, Inventory Management, Release, Incident, Change and Problem Management, Service Costing, Compliance Management, Budgeting and Forecasting.
Responsibilities:
+ Serves as an Asset Manager who will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the daily and long-term strategic management of assets within the ITI2 program; basic responsibilities include:
+ Manage the hardware lifecycle management process, from purchasing/receiving to disposal
+ Conduct physical inventories of ITI2 assets in warehouses and field storage facilities
+ Perform searches for equipment not found during inventory
+ Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of inventory data
+ Conduct research and data analysis of hardware assets
+ Reconcile and resolve asset data discrepancies by liaising with appropriate stakeholders
+ Update and maintain information in the asset repository in a timely manner
+ Improve the quality of hardware data in the asset repository
+ Coordinate disposal pickups and completion of associated processes and records
+ Record, review and track asset maintenance support information
+ Collaborate with HAM peers and key supply chain partners
Qualifications:
_Required:_
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria includes, but not limited to:
+ 3-year check for felony convictions
+ 1-year check for illegal drug use
+ 1-year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud
+ College degree preferred. Experience accepted in lieu of degree.
_Desired:_
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros, Charts, Functions, etc.)
+ Automate, modify, optimize reports and implement built-in formulas in MS Excel
+ Technical background and understanding of key infrastructure products including but not limited to server, network, security devices, storage, etc. preferred
+ Self-starter, dependable/reliable, work independently or in a team environment

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$84,900 - $178,400
