The Opportunity:
The Spectral Operations Manager will create and implement strategies to enable a culture of employee satisfaction, engagement, and enhanced productivity across the Spectral Program. With a large geographically dispersed, multi-vendor program team, the Operations Manager has a critical role in introducing essential strategies, plans and platforms that will enhance employees’ experience and performance levels across all areas of the program.

+ You will collaborate across cross-functional program teams to develop, implement, and monitor processes to align with program objectives.
+ You will lead and assist in active and planned project efforts and support any critical improvement initiatives.
+ You support program strategic planning on the best ways to ensure a positive culture throughout the program lifecycle.
+ You will report to the Spectral Deputy Program Manager.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage new employee onboarding, and provide program training and support as needed
+ Develop and implement program and employee engagement strategies for a geographically dispersed program, including management of team communications platforms and resolution of IT issues in collaboration with CACI’s IT department.
+ Perform analysis and trends on processes, procedures, and team behavior to provide fact-based recommendations, reporting, and analytics for management decision making based on program needs
+ Monitor and report on the effectiveness of program culture initiatives
+ Create and introduce essential onboarding platforms that will elevate work performance and boost productivity.
+ Collaborate with managers and leads to implement initiatives targeted to specific work streams
+ Coordinate with other teams to ensure effective documentation and escalation procedures are in place to support mission needs.
+ Develop communications plan including management of the program roster and organization of team engagement events
+ Create action plans to address culture concerns or issues
+ Manage the customer-facing action items portal
+ Support management of staffing augmentation subcontracts, as required
Qualifications:
_Required:_
+ Ability to Obtain a Top Secret//SCI Security Clearance
+ 10+ Years of relevant experience (bachelor’s degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).
+ Business analysis to identify and refine technical and process requirements.
+ Ability to read and interpret management policy, regulations, and directives
+ Ability to work effectively with a group or independently.
+ Ability to communicate at many levels of an organization, from executive management to junior employees
+ Ability to effectively manage several tasks simultaneously.
+ Ability to be flexible and self-motivated to support a fast-paced, highly visible program

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,700 - $165,200
