Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center located in Wilmington NC, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide and document assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Whether you’re a newly Certified Nursing Assistant eager to start your career or a seasoned professional bringing years of experience, we encourage you to apply.

We’re hiring across multiple specialties!

+ Emergency Department

+ + Nursing Float pool

+ You’ll work across multiple teams and units while building a broad skill set without being locked into a single department.

We have Night shift openings available:

+ 12 Hour Shifts

+ NIGHT Schedule: 6:45pm - &:15am

+ Full-time

+ Sign-on bonus available!

+ $2,500 for Full-Time Roles

What You'll Do

It is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.

What We're Looking For

+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.

+ Experience: One year preferred.

+ Licensure/Certification:

+ Completion of NAI program, required.

+ Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.

+ Medication Safety - AME, required.

+ NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.

+ Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation
