Job Details: On-Site Services Specialist

Job Duration: 3 Month

Shift: 1st shift (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Pay: $18/hrs. on W2

Job Description:

+ High volume print and mail production environment, operate high volume digital production equipment, high volume mail inserter equipment, high volume mail prep, packing and shipping, digital composition of production files, customer services interaction with client.

+ Someone who is reliable, on time, good attendance, reliable transportation, attention to detail, good troubleshooting skills, print production experience, large scale mail production experience, mechanically inclined, lift paper cases and/or 50lbs on a regular basis, customer service oriented, teachable, digital or computer savvy, scanning experience a plus, ability to get along with multiple personalities, self starter and ability to work with minimal direction.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.

+ Work assignments are diversified.

+ Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction – prepare, provide and convey diversified information.

+ Some physical effort is required which may involve long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing or similar activities as well as lifting or moving items weighing up to 50-55 lbs. and in pushing or pulling machines on wheels, in order to move for repairs.

+ Walking between buildings may be necessary.

+ Moderate dexte

Basic Qualifications:

+ Requires high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

+ Some related copy job experience is preferred.

+ May require a valid driver’s license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per policy.

+ Demonstrated competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
