What We Offer

Join our 26-member Patient Placement Team, supporting 7 hospitals around the clock. In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage patient placement and transfers while working across 4 screens and multiple systems including Epic, Transfer Center, Bed Placement, Voalte, Genesys, and Teams to keep care moving smoothly.

+ 💡 What You’ll Do

+ Triage calls & transfers like a pro

+ Coordinate 🚁 air and 🚑 ground transport

+ Partner with stroke, trauma & emergency teams

+ Manage patient placement across hospitals

+ 📅 Schedule

+ 3 weekend shifts every 6 weeks

+ Rotating holidays (2 major + 1 minor)

+ No call shifts 🙌

+ ✅ What We’re Looking For

+ RN with 2+ years acute care (ED or critical care required, patient flow experience a plus)

+ Strong clinical judgment & multitasking skills

+ Tech-savvy and confident communicating with physicians

+ Thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment

What We're Looking For

+ Education: Associates Degree, required. BSN preferred.

+ Experience:

+ Two year, required.

+ Previous leadership and bed utilization experience is preferred.

+ Licensure/Certification: Current RN license, required.

+ Additional Skills (required):

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high level of problem solving and critical thinking skills to find solutions to difficult human, technical, clinical or administrative problems.

+ Excellent problem analysis skills to develop solutions.

+ Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage/coordinate effectively the work of non-subordinates
