    Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Program Integrator supporting US Engineering Services Memorandum (ESM) Patriot Programs, reporting directly to the Program Manager. You will be working closely with, and influence the Patriot Product Line, functional team members, and other program offices. There is a high volume of proposal activity, supporting multiple Patriot customers. This role supports the US Patriot development contracts and the International Engineering Services Program (IESP) efforts. You will assist with providing tactical directions for program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools.

    What You Will Do

    + Lead proposal execution for ESM Patriot program proposals, including development of pricing at multiple proposal stages, coordinating requests for information, negotiations, and agreement (in collaboration with Contracts)

    + Execute daily program cadence such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments

    + Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM), Global Trade, Corporate and Business policies and procedures

    + Control account Management (CAM) for PMO efforts

    + Lead program risk and opportunity management efforts

    + Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) and/or cross product teams (CPTs)) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support), and administrative functions

    + Develop and maintain partnerships with US and foreign customers

    + Coordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits

    + Expected to support domestic travel as needed

    Qualifications You Must Have

    + Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

    + Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems

    + Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions

    + Experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages

    Qualifications We Prefer

    + Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments and resources

    + Experience with US Government Program leadership and Foreign Military Sales Programs

    + Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Proposal Review and Contract start-up packages for management review and approval

    + Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and management

    + Program Management certification or the ability to become certified within 6 months of assuming the position

    The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

     

    RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

    Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

     

    This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
