    Your role and responsibilities

    Defines and describes an architecture of a system delivered in context of a specific solution and as such it may encompass description of an entire system or only its specific parts. Leads the technical decisions being made regarding the solution and how they impact the business outcomes; addresses the non functional aspects of the solution or identify requirements that require definition on the technology being used. Assumes primary responsibly for making decisions around the nature of the solution.

    Recognized as a thought leader in analytical problem solving, with the ability to influence team direction and strategy. Leads efforts to simplify organizational processes, creating a more agile environment that adapts quickly to changing demands

     

    Develops and implements complex analytical frameworks to address significant challenges, evaluating the impact of solutions on organizational objectives.

     

    Mentors others in analytical techniques and creative problem-solving strategies. Establishes feedback loops for ongoing improvement. Champions the adoption of technology solutions to make informed decisions and eliminate bottlenecks in project delivery, enhancing overall organizational efficiency.

    Recognized as a key leader who drives organizational change and fosters a culture of autonomy and innovation.     Executive client engagement and solution advisory for modern data platforms

     

    Deep expertise with Databricks Lakehouse architecture and ecosystem

     

    Proficiency with Databricks Unity Catalog (governance, lineage, security, compliance)

     

    Proficiency with Databricks App Blocks (modular, reusable solution components)

     

    Data strategy & architecture: ingestion, transformation, governance, real-time analytics

     

    Advanced analytics and AI/ML enablement on Databricks

     

    Integration with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and enterprise data estates

     

    Ability to identify, articulate, and communicate business value of Databricks solutions to clients

     

    Experience with data governance, compliance, and zero-trust security frameworks

     

    Large-scale migration and modernization projects leveraging Databricks

     

    Strong consulting leadership: executive presence, translating technical solutions into business outcomes

     

    Business development support: solutioning, proposals, and go-to-market with Databricks

     

    Thought leadership in data platforms, AI, and analytics transformation

    Skills, Competencies & Requirements:

    BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university required

     

    10+ years of traditional management consulting experience preferred

     

    10+ years of experience at a leading consulting firm preferred (Accenture, Deloitte, PWC, EY, KPMG Capgemini, Booz Allen Hamilton, Point B, Slalom, etc.)

    Ability to travel up to 25%
