Your role and responsibilities
Purpose:
Drives strategic and operational transformation across multi-country RPO engagements, enabling clients to transition to a more digital, data-driven, and agile recruitment model. Combines consulting expertise, technological insight, and deep delivery experience to ensure measurable business impact.
Core Responsibilities:
* Transformation Leadership: Design and execute recruitment transformation programs using digital, automation, and analytics solutions.
* Client Advisory: Partner with senior client stakeholders to define strategic priorities, governance structures, and success metrics.
* Innovation & Optimization: Build and deliver innovation roadmaps that enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and scalability.
* Governance & Escalation: Lead governance forums, manage escalations, and ensure alignment between strategy and delivery.
* Capability Building: Coach and develop account management teams to strengthen consulting skills and digital fluency.
* Performance Management: Oversee multi-country operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

This role can be based anywhere in the USA.
Required technical and professional expertise
Experience & Expertise:
* 10+ years in managing large, multi-country RPO engagements with transformation accountability.
* Proven consulting experience in process redesign, digital enablement, and change management.
* Strong knowledge of the recruitment technology ecosystem (ATS, CRM, automation, AI, analytics).
* Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional, global teams.
* Commercially astute with a focus on measurable outcomes and client value.
