    Your role and responsibilities

    This Production Operator is responsible for performing tasks according to established build and integration procedures, without supervision (following training and/or certification). A high level of independent judgment and proficiency is required. People in this role need to possess a broad range of technical expertise and knowledge as well as an understanding of interdepartmental activities impacting complex integration workflow. This person possesses an in-depth understanding of IBM and OEM IT hardware to successfully integrate and build the systems and components and repair.The employee uses judgment in choosing the task/routine.

    Required technical and professional expertise

    * Hands on experience in manufacturing, good knowledge and understanding in power and mainframe hardware.

    * Good knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes, logistics, Inventory control and high-quality deliverables.

    * Strong communication, solid innovation and agile foundations, experience in organizational and administration skills, and easy to work with.

    * Ability to work independently, prioritize and balance workload to meet commitments within defined schedules.

    * Detail oriented and client focused.

    * Flexible, able to work in changing conditions to meet target deliverables and and ship dates.
