Job Description

The Senior Manager assist in providing guidance, instruction, and direction to the specialty practices under the direction of the Director of Practice Management. Position will oversee service lines as assigned by practice management and will/may manage practices in NY and PA. Senior Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned service area, including staff issues, scheduling, approval/review of payroll and budget issues.

Education And Credentials

Associate's degree in related field required. Valid driver's license required.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in management in a medical setting required.** **Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with Physicians, other medical professionals, office personnel employees and patients. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good leadership, motivation, training and goal-setting skills. In-depth knowledge of health care finance best practices and standards. Organization and time management skills. Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office programs preferred.
