Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager of Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, you will implement programs within the Packaging Supplier FSQRA group under limited supervision. You will support the execution of processes and procedures and lead daily activities related to food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Your Impact

+ You will gather and analyze data toidentifytrends and provide insights for decisionsimpactingproduct safety and quality.

+ You willassistor guide others within assigned technical areas to ensure compliance and best practices.

+ You will provide technical and decision-making support, including data analysis, to manage quality and food safety issues.

+ You will collaborate across functions tomaintainfood safety and quality standards for company products.

+ You will design and implement processes and procedures within your technical area to drive continuous improvement.

+ You willparticipateoncross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of QA initiatives and supplier process improvements.

+ You willinterface withcompany facilities and packaging suppliers tomaintainstrong relationships and regulatory compliance.

+ You will evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance food safety and quality performance.

• **Your Experience**

+ BS in Food, Biological, or Chemical Science or related field required

+ 5+ years of industry experience in food safety, quality, or regulatory affairs.

+ Knowledge of food manufacturing processes, technologies, and packaging requirements.

+ Strong report writing, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).

+ Knowledge of government regulatory requirements in food packaging (GFSI, FSMA, FDA, USDA).

+ Demonstrated ability to lead by example and influence others.

+ Proficiencyin troubleshooting, data analysis, and investigative techniques.

+ Travel25-75%, independently and as a responsible company representative.

Compensation:

Annual Base Salary: $81,000.00 - $100,000.00

_The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees._
