Minimum qualifications:
+ 2+ years of Human Resources, Recruiting, and/or relevant work experience

About the job:
The Recruiter position applies working knowledge and experience in talent acquisition to broaden capabilities. Continues to build understanding of United's hiring processes and requirements, performing various recruitment assignments across different job levels. Uses prescribed guidelines to screen and interview candidates, receiving moderate guidance in developing and implementing recruitment solutions.
Core accountabilities / key responsibilities:
+ Sources and screens internal and external resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, conducting initial assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
+ Contributes to applicant flow management from beginning of process (open requisition) to end (hire chosen applicant and reject all others), communicating with managers, business partners and candidates/applicants throughout the process.
+ Handles the candidate offer process along with hiring managers, including background verification, offer approval process, and candidate correspondence.
+ Helps develop future candidate pipelines and talent maps, determining optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages and social networks and hiring pools.
+ Conducts candidate interviews and provides formal feedback and recommendations based on interview outcomes.
The base pay range for this role is $66,500.00 to $86,616.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
