Job Summary and Qualifications
As the Director, Global Org Transformation you will be responsible for partnering with HCA Healthcare functional leaders to guide the organizational design and change management associated with the Global Capability Network (GCN) and impacted business units. You will be responsible for designing the organization structure and creating transition plans for the retained organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Leads org design planning and change management as the GCN ramps up operations
+ Responsible for developing organizational design plans for business units moving to the GCN in coming years
+ Supports business leaders in addressing fragmentation in existing roles and the development of re-cobbled roles in the retained organization
+ Creates approach to transition the retained organization as GCN teams go live, ensuring retained org is prepared for these shifts
+ Develops and oversees tracking of change readiness metrics to understand the impact of GCN changes throughout the organization and proactively address concerns
+ Oversees the Manager of Organization Design
Supports preparatory work for GCN transitions to optimize outcomes for the retained organization and prepare processes for the transition
+ Creates workplans and supporting collateral to enable longer-term transitions based on previously identified areas for GCN growth. For example, supports programs to accelerate the standardization of US workflows to enable movement to the GCN
+ Acts as a thought partner to business leaders envisioning standardization requirements and programs to unlock the full potential of the GCN and ensure smooth transitions for retained organization
Drives change management strategy and programs to accelerate HCA's effectiveness and capacity over time
+ Oversees change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify resistance points in the organization and design targeted change interventions
+ Defines and tracks change readiness metrics and success measures for the GCN and other strategic priorities
+ Develops and executes enterprise-wide change management strategy tailored to the operational needs of HCA over time
+ Supports creation of change management governance activities for key projects
+ Advises project managers on change management best practices and integration of change activities into project planning
Job Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
+ 7+ years of experience in Organization design work, preferably supporting large global organizations
+ 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams
+ Previous consulting and/or advisory experience preferred
+ Experience driving organization design decisions, particularly in large multi-stakeholder projects
+ Experience managing high-performing teams
+ Ability to present complex information clearly and succinctly to all levels of the organization, including board members, senior-level executives, vendors, external stakeholders
+ Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels in a hybrid, multicultural environment
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
