Specific responsibilities include small batch measuring, weighing, blending, loading molds, cold pressing, assembling, reading spec sheets, operating machines, utilizing shop math, inspecting, accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions.
Job Skills and Requirement
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
+ A high school diploma or its equivalency
+ Skill and knowledge necessary in utilizing shop math, a calculator and measuring instruments
+ Must possess ability to read and interpret work orders, charts, and measuring instruments as pertaining to weighing and blending powder and bond.
+ Must be able to follow written and verbal directions/instructions
+ Practice safe work habits, maintain equipment and work areas in a 5S environment
+ Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
+ Ability to use variety of hand tools and power tools

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the local pay range for this position which is $18.00 to $ 19.00 **-** per hour. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments. The targeted bonus amount can be up to $3,200 per year based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
