    Senior Business Manager

    What you will do:

    Strategic Planning and Execution:

    + Consult and partner with executive management to identify key business issues, outline strategic alternatives, and recommend effective solutions to align with Premera's strategic goals.

    + Perform independent analyses for a broad array of complex issues across disciplines and functional areas. Identify and recommend suggested action steps based on analytic results, and make recommendations to senior management.

    Communication and Presentation:

    + Create, leverage, align, and integrate communication strategies and collateral. Collaborate with others to gain buy-in on programs and processes from business stakeholders.

    + Shape sensitive messages and leader-level communications, propose wording, and merge drafts to land the right tone and messaging before distribution.

    Project and Program Management:

    + Lead the integration of priority projects and programs by developing project team objectives, managing risk, and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and outcomes.

    + Partner closely with teams and leaders to design, implement, and operate new programs and/or enhancements.

    Collaboration and Performance:

    + Increase team performance and inter-departmental collaboration through contributing insights, leveraging resources, and providing support via scalable projects, programs, and/or initiatives.

    + Partner with the Compliance and Ethics team to refine policies and guidelines, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.

    What you will bring:

    + Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field or four years of work experience.

    + Eight years of experience in developing, implementing, training, and supporting new or existing strategic programs and processes.

    + Eight years of program, project, or change management experience (or a combination of the three).

    + Experience in human resources or a similar field is preferred.

    The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.

     

    The salary range for this role is posted below; we generally target up to and around the midpoint of the range.

    National Plus Salary Range:

    $119,900.00 - $203,800.00

     

    _*National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska_ _._
