Purpose of Role
The Professional, Site Merchandising is responsible for optimizing site conversion through the execution of merchandising strategies. They also will utilize research and analytics to drive recommendations and decision-making, and are responsible for operational accuracy across the site, providing for a seamless customer experience. This role reports to the Managing Merchandiser.
Your Impact
+ Support Buying Merchant with seasonal merchandise strategies and product presentations to present a compelling product story and maximize revenue and conversion
+ Collaborate with manager and planning partners to maximize product opportunities and mitigate risk
+ Serve as the merchandising sponsor on cross-functional initiatives to improve site experience including A|B testing, new site functionalities and tools
+ Collaborate with business partners from marketing and planning to develop revenue-driving business strategies around content, assortment needs and promotions
+ Manage the day-to-day merchandising activities of the category to ensure best in class experience
+ Participate in weekly merchandising, and digital marketing meetings to understand key business trends and merchandising strategies.
+ Analyze selling reports and data to understand category performance and consumer behavior to make business recommendations and changes on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
+ Optimize Product Review templates/maintenance by category, track product reviews on a weekly basis
+ Optimize product detail pages so that we have a consistent high-quality selling experience across all products
+ Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required by management
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree with typically 2 years of related experience or Masters degree without experience or typically 6 years of relevant experience without degree.
+ Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud a plus
+ Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills required
+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, resourceful, and can envision and execute innovative solutions in a complex environment
+ Exceptional analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to utilize data in the most effective and innovative ways
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Workplace Location
+ **Location:** This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
+ **Work Schedule:** This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.
+ **Travel: 0-5% As Needed**

Base Compensation
$57,400.00-$71,750.00 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
