In this unique role, you'll work directly with one of the world's most respected travel organizations to build world-class travel experiences, serving as customers' personal guide.

_What You'll Do_

+ Recommend trips and excursions based on customer interest

+ Answer questions

+ Book reservations for unforgettable cultural and educational experiences across the globe

+ Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Skills for Success

_Required Skills_

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Knowledge of geography and current global events

_Eligibility Requirements_

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Two or more years of sales or customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)

+ Able to work the following schedule:

+ Monday through Friday

+ 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time

+ No nights or weekends!

+ Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive

_Nice to Have_

+ College degree in a relevant field, including communications, hospitality or education

+ Working knowledge of Salesforce

_Remote Work Requirements_

+ Ohio resident

+ Secluded and distraction-free work environment

+ _Required internet setup:_

+ High-speed internet delivered through a wired provider (cable or fiber)

+ Computer must be physically connected to your modem / router using an Ethernet cable

+ Wireless, 5G and satellite connections are not supported
