Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a part-time Bilingual HR Coordinator - French Canadian to join their team. As a Bilingual HR Coordinator - French Canadian, you will be part of the People Services department supporting both the US and Canadian teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Bilingual HR Coordinator - French Canadian

**Location:** Santa Ana, CA

**Pay:** $24.85 – $38.94/hour

**Schedule:** Part-time hours (10–20 per week); Hybrid flexibility (onsite Tuesday–Thursday)

What's the Job?

+ Support the People Services team by providing guidance and assistance to employees and managers in both English and French.

+ Assist with coordinating and documenting employee relations activities, including gathering information, preparing notes, and supporting case follow-up.

+ Help maintain accurate records, documentation, and HR metrics with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

+ Support performance management processes by tracking milestones, documentation, and communication.

+ Conduct basic exit interview coordination and assist in compiling insights for the HR team.

What's Needed?

+ Fluent in both English and French Canadian, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or equivalent role.

+ Experience consulting on Canadian employment laws and employee relations issues.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
