Production Welder & Fabricator – Four-Day Workweek Opportunity

Attention job seekers! We’re hiring a **Production Welder & Fabricator** for our client—a **1st shift** opening with a Monday–Thursday schedule. Typical daily duties:

• Select materials and cut, bend, shape, or weld according to specifications

• Machine parts and fit or install fabricated structures

• Perform metal forming, repairs, layout, and finishing tasks

What we’re looking for:

• MIG/TIG welding experience (certifications preferred but not required)

• Experience with stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
