    Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industrial sector, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Gun Parts/Body Tubes Assembly Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Assembler

    **Location:** Beacher, IL

    Pay Range: $18

    **Shift:** 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assemble assigned components according to assembly drawings and job requirements

    + Meet production goals and ship schedules, ensuring subassemblies are ready on time

    + Complete and submit necessary production paperwork by end of shift

    + Monitor work visually to maintain quality standards and notify supervisor of nonconformance or operating difficulties

    + Participate in continuous improvement processes and disassemble scrap products for salvage

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

    + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    + Positive attitude and professional demeanor

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math and computer skills

    + Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, reach, lift up to 30 lbs regularly, and 40 lbs occasionally
