Our client, a leading organization in the technology and manufacturing sector, is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician III, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Equipment Support Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician III

**Location:** San Jose, CA

Pay Range: $36- $48hr

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

+ Conduct complex troubleshooting and repair of down equipment to identify root causes efficiently and effectively.

+ Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation.

+ Provide solutions for recurring problems and equipment deficiencies to prevent future issues.

+ Document corrective actions and repairs accurately and thoroughly for record-keeping and analysis.

+ Assist with routine production tasks and continuously improve technical skills through training and on-the-job experience.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum AA Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ At least 6+ years of recent experience supporting and repairing assembly or test equipment.

+ Advanced skills in Microsoft OS, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

+ Good manual dexterity for assembling, adjusting, or repairing fine mechanical or electronic parts using basic hand tools.

+ Technical understanding of Hard Disk Drives and their components.
