Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for implementing configuration-driven solutions across inbound supply chain operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying network configuration models for demand forecasting, inventory placement optimization, and inbound flow management
- Create data-driven frameworks and configuration standards to enhance automated decision-making in last mile and middle mile logistics operations
- Collaborate with Network Design and Transportation teams to develop and implement smart configuration solutions for warehouse management and inbound distribution networks
- Manage and prioritize configuration-enabled projects that drive cost reduction through network optimization and process standardization
- Develop and refine configuration-powered systems for real-time inbound supply chain visibility and optimization
- Orchestrate the integration of configuration management technologies across inbound fulfillment centers, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency
- Design and implement network configuration models for route optimization and last mile/middle mile delivery network efficiency
- Quantify and optimize KPIs through configuration-driven performance metrics and automated reporting systems
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership on configuration implementation progress, ROI metrics, and network innovations
- This role will include travel 20-25% as needed to support key initiatives across our network.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
